SGMYVEP PTE LTD: Terms & Conditions

1. Engagement and Agreement
When you make a payment to us, it signifies your agreement to engage our services. By proceeding with the payment, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and accepted our terms and conditions.

2. Payment Terms
To initiate the processing of your application, full payment is required upfront.

3. Processing Queue
After we receive your payment, your application will be added to our processing queue and will be handled in the order in which payments were made.

4. Estimated Timelines
The timeline for completing your application is an approximation. Each application is different, and various factors may necessitate additional time for processing.

5. Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet Support Policy
Please be aware that SGMYVEP PTE LTD cannot assist with individual technical difficulties concerning personal Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet accounts. While our agents can provide suggestions or direct you to TNG customer support, it is your responsibility to ensure that your TNG account is VEP-eligible. Technical issues related to TNG are not eligible for refunds via SGMYVEP PTE LTD.

6. Refund Policy

Client Errors or Inaccurate Information:
Refunds will not be issued if your application fails due to errors or misinformation provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information submitted is accurate.

Incorrect Document Submissions:
Clients are required to verify and submit the correct documents. No refunds will be given for the submission of incorrect documents.

Independent Registration:
If you opt to proceed with the registration process independently after working with SGMYVEP PTE LTD, no refunds will be offered. You bear full responsibility for any subsequent actions taken.

Service Completion:
Our service is considered complete once an appointment for RFID tag installation is scheduled or once payment for postage is processed for your VEP application. No refunds will be available after this point.

7. RFID Tag Distribution Options
Clients can select from the following options for RFID tag installation:

Windscreen Installation in Johor: We will arrange a convenient appointment for installation at your location for an additional fee.

Self-Installation: Clients can choose to have the RFID tag mailed to them for self-installation.

Collection and Installation Service: Alternatively, we can retrieve the RFID tag on your behalf and install it at your residence for an extra fee.

Note that the quoted price reflects the application fee only, and pricing will vary based on the chosen option.

8. Data Privacy
By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information and documents for VEP purposes. 

9. Application Management
All applications will be registered under our company’s JPJ account.

10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any modifications.

11. Acknowledgment
By utilizing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you have any questions or need clarification, please feel free to contact us.
